I tried to reapply both the Shadow and Ashes

According to two quest guides I looked at I was required to RuneScape Gold use the Shadow before the Ashes. However, my game quest list revealed that I should have utilized Ashes first. My quest lists also revealed that I had to use both these items.

I tried to reapply both the Shadow and Ashes. I was able to obtain more Shadow however when I attempted to relight the tomb to obtain more Ashes, I was informed "You already have removed the ashes from the tomb."

I've looked all over the place hoping that the ashes will reappear somewhere (like the doll that returned from Niloof or the dwarf), but I haven't been able find them. I have tried dropping the doll and then taking one away from the dwarf but with the same result.

Do you think that a PM could be able to assist? What can I do to reach them? Jagex already acknowledged that the glitch could be within the game, however I haven’t heard back for over a week.

After two days, I received my 70attk. But, I did not bring my Abyssal Whip. So I was interested in what other equipment I could buy to Buy OSRS Fire Cape improve my stats. So say I wanted to get better stat bonuses for strength or attack. What kind of equipment should I purchase? I have an amount of $3000.
