Wet konjac noodles were made from nature soluble fiber - Konjac glucomannan (KGM) and water, is a very low carb and very low glycemic nature food, which contain about 96% water and 4% soluble fiber. They can be made in many different styles and shapes. Konjac wet noodles are traditional Japanese foods called shirataki noodles or konnyaku.
